Bank marketers are now asking the question, “Should we be on ?” With banks making the move to the social media site Facebook, the next step for many is Twitter. The rules for the micro-blog site seem simple. We tweet, people follow, but like other forms of social media there is an art in using the medium to successfully promote your bank and products.
