To Tweet or Not to Tweet

Bank marketers are now asking the question, “Should we be on Twitter?” With banks making the move to the social media site Facebook, the next step for many is Twitter. The rules for the micro-blog site seem simple. We tweet, people follow, but like other forms of social media there is an art in using the medium to successfully promote your bank and products.

The June issues of the ABA Bank Marketing Journal features an article on Getting a Handle on @Twitter. Learn about three banks using the site and finding success, as well as other tips if you are currently using Twitter or thinking about it.
