New Resource on IBA Compliance Web Page

Ever wonder what the penalty for noncompliance is for a particular transaction? Does a regulation really require a written policy or annual training? The IBA now has a new resource to answer those questions and more. The IBA Compliance Staff has developed a “Regulatory Policy & Training Requirements and Penalties” chart that outlines if a policy and training is required (or expected) with links to the Federal Reserve Board’s Consumer Compliance Handbook Examination Manual. It references the requirement as well as the penalty provisions of most regulations.

The new chart can be found on the IBA Compliance web page, under the Bankers Compliance Resource tab with other Compliance Management tools.
