Called Four Things Proud, the only supplies needed as the activity leader are a piece of paper for each participant and writing materials. Ask each participant to divide a piece of paper into four equal quadrants. In five to ten minutes, each participant draws four things they are most proud of in life. After completing, ask everyone to get in groups of two to three to share the drawings. Let them know they will be introducing each other to the large group when finished. After sharing the drawings in the groups, each small group will introduce one another to the full group.
This is a great activity to discover more about a team, practice listening skills and make connections.
